REPORTS TO: VP of DEI

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition to be a part of ASM Global’s Human Resources team! You will be able to apply your skills in real world applications and gain experience through talent acquisition and diversity initiatives! 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating and standardizing job descriptions within the internal system to ensure consistency and alignment with current role expectations
  • Review candidate resumes and maintains organized tracking systems to support efficient applicant management
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator to learn and support candidate phone screenings
  • Maintain communication with Global Scholars, sharing relevant internship opportunities and nurturing early talent pipelines
  • Manage and regularly update the Master Distribution List with current HR Managers and Directors to ensure accurate stakeholder communication
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries received in the recruiting inbox in a timely and professional manner, providing support to candidates and internal teams.

Desired Qualifications and Skills 

  • Current junior or senior at an undergraduate college or university working towards a 4-year degree preferably in Human Resources, Marketing, or Business
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Creative mindset, detail-oriented, ability to multitask
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates a desire to grow, learn, and develop professionally
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Able to work in a collaborative environment
