About Us:
Arctex is a software development company specializing in software as a service (SaaS) products. We are creating CollegeAppAssist.com, a platform to help guide high schoolers through college & scholarship application websites and fill them out faster.
We are looking to hire sales interns for Summer 2025.
Sales Focus Areas: Outreach, Lead Generation, CRM Tools, Communication Strategy, Market Research
- Responsibilities
As a sales intern, potential responsibilities include: - Identify, qualify, and generate leads through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.).
- Manage and grow a pipeline of potential school, counselor, and student partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new outreach targets and segments.
- Assist in developing messaging templates and outreach cadences.
- Work closely with the product and leadership team to align sales efforts with product strategy.
- Track all outreach and lead progress using CRM tools or internal spreadsheets.
- Participate in weekly sales standups and provide updates on outreach performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable reaching out cold to prospects and handling objections professionally.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads at once.
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously for 20-30 hours a week.
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to contribute to a growing startup.
