Location: Kutztown, PA
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Associate who excels in communication, is comfortable in digital platforms, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You'll be the first point of contact across email, phone, chat, and social media—helping customers with inquiries, orders, returns, and product information while representing the brand voice with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (email, phone, social, chat)
- Resolve service tickets using tools like Shopify and Reamaze
- Process returns, exchanges, and replacements accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback
- Maintain clear records of all customer interactions
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
- Represent the brand on social media in a thoughtful, consistent voice
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service experience (e-commerce/CPG preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Shopify or CRM platform experience is a plus
- Comfortable interacting on social media
- College degree or relevant work experience
