Position Overview

Kick-start your sales career in the field of agricultural and industrial chemical solutions! BEI Hawaii is looking for a motivated and curious early-career professional to join our Big Island team. You’ll help local farms, turf managers, and industrial clients thrive by offering the right products—and the knowledge to use them safely and effectively.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts

Recommend and demonstrate chemical products for agriculture and industrial use

Track your activities and manage client relationships using CRM software

Stay current on product knowledge by attending trainings, trade shows, and vendor meetings

Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations

Occasionally assist with order desk operations and product trials in the field

Who You Are

Recent graduate or early-career professional

Strong interest in agriculture, sustainability, and chemical applications

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-starter who enjoys learning and working independently

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
