Job Description

As the Front Desk Receptionist, your primary objective is to handle and support a variety of customer-focused and administrative tasks. As a leader within the Company, you will be expected to take an active role in supporting web-based, wholesale, and retail customers to address and resolve their needs and to assist and support the sales, management, and office teams. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. The perfect candidate will be detail-oriented, stable, team‑oriented, have a cooperative and collaborative focus

Key Responsibilities

  • Addressing and answering customer questions;
  • Troubleshooting and solving problems;
  • Scheduling appointments;
  • Preparing reports;
  • Communication by face-to-face, email, telephone, in‑person, and chat;
  • Greet and help customers and visitors both on the phone and in-person;
  • Helping to stock and update retail store
  • Entering and processing orders and customer data in ERP systems;
  • Creating, organizing, preparing, typing, and filing various documents and reports, including customer correspondence;
  • Supporting web-based, wholesale and retail customers to address and resolve their needs;
  • Assist and support the sales, management, and office teams;
  • Filling sample requests and helping create prototype items
  • Update and help maintain social media
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and takes initiative to follow through with action; and
  • Other administrative functions as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience (2 years, required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on excellent customer service.
