We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting our leasing and sales efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and learn how to build a pipeline from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential tenants and business prospects through outbound outreach
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess potential fit and leasing readiness
Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to schedule discovery calls or property tours
Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools
Collaborate with the marketing and leasing teams to align on messaging and campaigns
Assist with tenant onboarding materials and coordinate initial contact points
Track and report on lead generation metrics and conversion rates
Support the development of sales strategies based on market research and trends
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable with cold outreach and eager to learn sales best practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools) is a plus
Enthusiastic self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a desire to grow
