
Digital Marketing Intern
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing intern to support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of WordPress and an interest in CRM systems, digital content creation, and data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update content on our WordPress-based website
Assist in implementing and managing HubSpot CRM, including contact management, workflows, and email campaigns
Oversee and update the company’s LinkedIn profile, including content scheduling and engagement
Research, draft, and publish blog posts on relevant topics
Help create and maintain marketing reports and dashboards
Support the development of case studies, client use cases, and other marketing materials
Assist in the creation of marketing presentations for internal and external use
Apply basic SEO best practices to digital content
Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to support campaign execution and strategy
Minimum Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field
Familiarity with WordPress and basic website editing
Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of or interest in SEO and content marketing
Graphic design or Canva experience is a plus but not required
