The Default Specialist is responsible for providing general business and administrative support across all lines of business within Default Servicing. As the Default Specialist, you may provide a variety of support services and demonstrate flexibility and reliability in working together with other team members to assure that business unit objectives and goals are met in a timely manner, as they are assigned by department management.
The Default Specialist will:
- Responsibilities may include photo copying, scanning and mailing of documents, researching and providing copies of documents for external vendors
- Conduct loan level research and take appropriate action required to resolve issues as needed
- Interact and coordinate activities with other departments to accomplish tasks and objectives as directed
- Provide excellent customer service by following through on all questions or requests
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ year of default servicing experience preferred
- Able to learn all aspects of default servicing business functions
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
