As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Team Manager to join our team and lead our talented group of marketing professionals. As our Digital Marketing Team Manager, you will lead a team of talented marketers to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that connect with our audiences, drive engagement, and deliver measurable growth.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage mentor and inspire a team of digital marketers fostering collaboration and professional growth
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and performance of SEO SEM paid social media email content and other paid advertising campaigns
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Budget Oversight: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative brand compliance and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging and goals

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Skills: Strong expertise in SEO SEM social media email marketing content strategy and ads & analytics platforms (Google Ads Manager Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager etc.)
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with a focus on KPIs and results
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
