Summer 2025 Civil & Environmental Engineering Internship

Location: Tidewater Engineering & Surveying – Southern Maine & New Hampshire

Are you ready to gain real-world engineering experience in a collaborative and fast-growing firm? Tidewater Engineering & Surveying is seeking a civil or environmental engineering intern for Summer 2025! Founded in 2015, we provide civil engineering, land surveying, land development planning, and permitting services to a diverse client base—including homeowners, developers, business owners, investors, utility companies, and municipalities - across scenic southern Maine and New Hampshire.

What You'll Do

As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to:
✅ Work on a variety of real engineering projects to gain hands-on experience
✅ Assist engineering staff with design, drafting, and site planning
✅ Support environmental and local permit applications
✅ Collaborate with land surveying staff for field support
✅ Learn directly from experienced professionals in a dynamic, supportive environment

What We’re Looking For

💡 Required Qualifications:

• A motivated, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• Currently enrolled in an accredited civil or environmental engineering program
• Ability to follow direction and collaborate effectively with our team
• Reliable transportation to our office

📌 Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

• Completion of freshman and sophomore years of education
• AutoCAD drafting experience (Civil3D preferred)
• Prior internship experience
