Job Description
- We’re a fast-moving mobile app studio backed by top investors like Mark Cuban, and we’re looking for a part-time Content Strategist to help our creators make viral videos that actually convert.
- No agency fluff, no corporate buzzwords, just real creators, real feedback, and the chance to shape content that hits 1M+ views and drives real installs.
What You’ll Do
- Watch short-form videos made by our creator team (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Record short Looms giving honest, actionable feedback
- Help creators fix weak hooks, tighten their edits, and make their CTAs pop
- Keep a pulse on viral trends and share what’s working
- Help translate high-performing ideas into repeatable formats and briefs
What We’re Looking For
- ✅ You've made or edited videos that have gone viral (1M+ views)
✅ You can spot a weak hook in 3 seconds flat
✅ You give feedback that’s encouraging, not condescending
✅ You’re organized and can juggle 10–50 creators a week
✅ You get excited by testing different styles and formats
✅ You know TikTok, Reels, or Shorts like the back of your hand
Bonus Points If You...
- Have managed or worked inside UGC campaigns
- Have experience with content briefs, scripting, or copywriting
- Are familiar with tools like Notion, Slack, or Google Sheets
- Have edited in CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
