Local Support Specialist

UNIUNI, a leading Canadian last-mile logistics company, is expanding its operations in the US market. We are seeking a proactive  Local Support Specialist to drive our overseas warehouse penetration and client growth in the US. This role focuses on daily warehouse performance monitoring, onsite client engagement, competitive analysis, and supporting new client acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Pickup Performance Monitoring & Client Engagement

  • Monitor daily order volumes at key partner warehouses. Identify fluctuations, schedule on-site visits to investigate causes, and provide actionable feedback to account managers/operations.
  • Conduct joint visits with operation teams to overseas warehouses. Analyze gaps in service penetration and market share compared to competitors, and develop strategies to increase Uni shipping label adoption.
  • During visits, identify clients’ additional logistics needs beyond platform clients (e.g., ad-hoc shipping) and generate sales leads for SME and new client platforms.

New Client Development & Account Management

  • Collaborate with the centralized new client onboarding team to provide localized support for US-based clients.
  • Drive secondary sales expansion, risk management, and long-term relationship building with assigned accounts.
  • Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and address operational issues promptly.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Document service gaps, competitor strategies, and client feedback. Share insights with HQ to refine US market strategies.
  • Prepare weekly reports on warehouse performance, client engagement outcomes, and lead conversion progress.

  • 推动二次销售扩展、风险管理,并与指定客户建立长期合作关系。
  • 定期沟通以确保客户满意度,并及时解决运营问题。

市场情报与报告

  • 记录服务缺口、竞争对手策略及客户反馈,与总部共享洞察以优化美国市场策略。
  • 提交周报,涵盖仓库绩效、客户互动成果及潜在客户转化进展。

Requirements:

  • Open to fresh graduates; preference given to candidates interested in client visits and the logistics industry.
  • Willing to conduct frequent field work (50%+ of time) visiting warehouses; valid driver’s license required.
  • Excellent communication skills and resilience under pressure.
