Our goal is to incubate projects that can both make money and make the world a better place. We are looking for people with a bias towards action, a bias towards creation, and a bias towards building beautiful projects and products. 

We aren’t too picky about exactly what programs you know, or skills you have. But, with that bias towards creation — we are guessing you have developed quite a few.

We are guessing you crave a certain level of intellectual freedom, and while you may be willing to do another’s bidding, you don’t see it as your highest expression. 

You love collaboration, being a part of a team working towards a common goal.  

You aren’t overtly driven by money, but you see money as a fun part of this game of life. 

You are a dreamer. A builder. A thinker. A tinkerer. 

You are deeply curious, and excited by the world.

CoDream is a somewhere in between a creative bootcamp, incubator, and a venture studio located on the beautiful Hawaiian island of Kauai.
