- Organize office supplies and assist with general admin tasks
- Schedule meetings and support calendar coordination
- Help with data entry, filing, and internal communications
- Assist with company events and special projects

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work on-site in Houston ~30 hours/week during business hours
