Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is essential in ensuring a professional, courteous, and efficient front-office environment. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced legal setting.

Key Responsibilities:


• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and route phone calls promptly and accurately
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
• Schedule client appointments and manage the firm’s calendar
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
• Perform basic clerical duties including data entry, filing, and scanning
• Assist attorneys and staff with administrative support as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and legal information

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative certification a plus

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
