Position Overview:
As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will play an integral role in the development and testing of our products. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mechanical design, prototyping, and testing within a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Testing:
- Conduct and document performance and durability tests on prototypes and final designs.
- Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement.
- Support iterative design and testing cycles.

3D Printing Support:
- Operate and maintain 3D printers for rapid prototyping.
- Post-process 3D printed parts and integrate them into prototype assemblies.
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing print settings.

Engineering Support Tasks:
- Assist in drawing documentation & test results analysis.
- Research and source materials and components.
- Collaborate across teams to support overall product development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to be present onsite in New York City (Brooklyn) several days a week.
