Project Technician

Self-Help Enterprises is seeking a motivated Project Technician to join our Real Estate Development team!

In this dynamic role, you will provide essential administrative, research, and project support across various affordable housing and community development initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President, including scheduling, returning calls, and clerical assignments
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to project teams
  • Maintain files and perform accurate data entry
  • Assist with report tracking, deadline monitoring, and data analysis
  • Draft correspondence and communicate professionally with the public
  • Support real estate development staff with: Market research, financing proforma, environmental reviews, and due diligence documentation.

 

Must Haves:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Good analytical skills
