Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Are you highly organized, a strong communicator, and looking to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We’re a national provider of video surveillance services for the multifamily housing industry, and we're expanding our Service Department with an immediate opening for a Service Department Operator.
In this critical role, you’ll be the central point of contact between our clients, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will ensure service calls run smoothly, issues are handled efficiently, and communication flows effortlessly.
What You’ll Do:
- Assign and manage service tickets across the department
- Prioritize calls based on urgency and client impact
- Monitor field technicians and support their work on-site
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and technicians for appointment confirmations, scheduling, and updates
- Collaborate across departments to resolve client issues quickly
- Enter and update data in our ticketing system
- Verify subcontractor invoices before payment
- Scan and organize service-related documentation
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level tech staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with a cloud-based phone system (Nextiva preferred, but not required)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a day
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, positive communicator with a problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
