About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our Information Technology (IT) department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in various aspects of IT, including software support, network administration, cybersecurity, and technical support. The intern will work closely with experienced IT professionals and contribute to ongoing projects and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Network Administration: Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining network systems and devices.
• Cybersecurity: Help implement cybersecurity measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Documentation: Document IT processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Training and Development: Participate in training and professional development opportunities to improve IT skills and knowledge.
• Shadowing: Observe and learn from experienced IT professionals to gain a deeper understanding of the field.

Qualifications:
