Full Time Therapist (W-2): Licensed in California | Culturally Competent Care for Indian Immigrants

 

Remote (California-only) | Full Time | W-2 Employment

Indian immigrants often navigate complex cultural and emotional landscapes and we believe therapy should reflect that.We’re looking for a licensed Indian-origin therapist based in California to join our growing mission: providing culturally competent, compassionate care to the South Asian community.
 

About the Role

As a part-time therapist on our platform, you’ll work with Indian immigrants who are looking for someone who understands their world, someone like you.You’ll have the flexibility to choose your hours, work remotely, and provide support in a way that feels aligned with your practice.


What We’re Looking For:
 

  • Licensed in California as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
  • Deep experience in South Asian communities
  • Comfortable with teletherapy (via HIPAA-compliant platform)
  • Empathetic, culturally aware, and mission-driven
  • Language: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, other regional Indian Languages
