Summer Sales & Marketing Internship (Paid, Part-Time)

The WashLB (mobile car detailing service) summer intern will engage in a hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and startup operations. You’ll work directly with the co-founders to create, test, execute and measure sales and marketing strategies to expand WashLB's mobile detailing operation across multiple verticals, including apartments, single family homes, country clubs, and condominiums. 

WashLB is a fast-growing on-site car detailing startup serving luxury apartments, offices, country clubs, and homes across 7 states and 200+ locations. We deliver high-quality, eco-friendly detailing where you live, while you rest and where you park, while you work or golf. Backed by JP Morgan through TechStars, and currently raising capital from angel investors and PE firms, we are building the future of convenient car care!

Intern responsibilities include:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop multi-channel (social media, email, IRL, etc.) marketing strategies
  • Design and execute marketing campaign
  • Own relationships with local apartment partner community property managers 
  • Identify KPIs to measure digital marketing campaign effectiveness

Sales & Partnerships:

  • Define sales strategies to acquire new partners and customers  
  • Conduct face-to-face outreach to luxury apartment communities and country clubs
  • Execute door-to-door sales campaigns
  • Manage outbound phone calls to potential partners and customers
  • Identify KPIs to measure sales tactic effectiveness
