Ecosystem Development and Growth Intern
Title: Studio Intern – Ecosystem Development & Growth
Location: Remote
Time Commitment: 15-20 hours/week
Compensation: Paid stipend (monthly, based on experience)
Overview:
As our Ecosystem Development & Growth Intern, you’ll help grow the Unconditioned Co. universe. From strategic outreach to partnership research, this role ensures our work reaches the right people, sparks collaboration, and drives audience growth. You’ll work across our brands to support list-building, startup outreach, and community seeding.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to startups, thought leaders, and aligned communities
- Research aligned organizations for our internship marketplace and working session beta
- Help build and manage a CRM-style growth tracker in Airtable or Notion
- Support waitlist growth and lead magnet distribution
- Monitor performance of blog posts, pins, and newsletters (what’s working and why)
Ideal Skills:
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and research-savvy
- Comfortable using Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms
- Excited by early-stage brand growth, partnerships, and cultural community
