💼 Entry-Level Manager (Remote, Contract)

We're looking for a driven and coachable individual to join our leadership track as an Entry-Level Manager. This fully remote role offers the chance to mentor agents, optimize performance, and grow into higher leadership—all while helping families protect what matters most.

🧩 What You’ll Do

Mentor and support a team of field agents to drive daily production

Track team performance and help create action plans to meet weekly goals

Lead by example in sales and service to model high standards

Help organize and deliver virtual training sessions

Keep communication clear, consistent, and motivational across the team

Manage priorities with confidence in a fast-paced environment

✅ What You Bring

Natural leadership and team-building instincts

Strong communication and coaching skills (especially via Zoom)

Ability to interpret sales data and implement performance strategies

Strong time-management and multitasking ability

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools

Experience in sales, customer service, or leadership is a plus

Type: Full-time, 1099 contractor

Pay: 100% performance-based commissions (no caps on income)

Location: Fully Remote (positions available in most states except NY, MN, and CA)
