Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate and result-orientated Creator Partnership Manager to own and oversee community strategy and operations for Euka Creator Discord Community, which has over 600+ affiliates and growing. This is a fast-paced position with true function ownership. Community is a key pillar that connects across all areas of our organization. This position is fully remote. You’ll play a central role in driving community growth, engagement, and retention through tailored experiences and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies. Create and implement new programs to expand our community reach, deepen engagement, and enhance retention. You'll manage online platforms to foster meaningful connections with TikTok Shop Affiliates.
  • Facilitate brand and creator partnership. Engage with brands to provide commission-based and/or paid collaboration opportunities to creators in our community. Manage collab projects from end-to-end and deliver results to the brands.
  • Craft educational content and virtual events to educate and support TikTok Shop Affiliates.
  • Establish Feedback Loops. Build and maintain a feedback system to gather insights from TikTok Shop Affiliates, using their input to improve community programs and overall experiences.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience leading and expanding community engagement or related fields.
    • Bonus points if you have experience with TikTok Shop or TikTok related community management
  • Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal, virtual and in-person.
  • Strategic and resourceful cross-functional collaborator with a track record of consistently delivering outstanding results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking & problem solving skills. You know how to handle complex and cross-functional initiatives, set goals, and optimize workflows.
  • Excitement to get in the weeds and extreme hustle is needed. Open to wearing multiple hats and adapting to evolving roles as the company and community continue to grow.
  • Passion for startups and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
