We serve over 15 categories and 50+ subcategories ranging from yoga and HIIT to martial arts, nutrition coaching, and beyond.

Role Overview

As the HR & Talent Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our culture, building our dream team, and optimizing people operations. You will lead the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, implement HR policies, and help create an inclusive, high-performing environment that supports our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategy for tech, marketing, operations, and training talent

Build scalable hiring processes for onboarding trainers/coaches and internal team members

Implement and manage HR systems, payroll support, and compliance practices

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring and culture-building

Manage performance review cycles, employee engagement programs, and training initiatives

Partner with leadership to develop compensation frameworks and equity packages

Create and maintain employee handbooks, documentation, and HR policies

Qualifications

HR/Talent experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment

Proven experience with recruitment pipelines, ATS, and HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Greenhouse)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Deep understanding of employment laws, onboarding, and people strategy

Passion for fitness, wellness, or health-tech is a plus

Startup grit and ability to thrive in ambiguity
