Sales Team Member Responsibilities
- Speak with business customers in person to discuss their needs and recommend AT&T internet and wireless services
- Be a brand ambassador for AT&T and their services with professionalism, integrity, and in-depth knowledge
- Provide a positive and responsive customer experience for every business customer that is being onboarded with AT&T services
- Attend daily Sales Team Member meetings that allow members to share, network and learn new product knowledge and any sales techniques
- Follow client and company compliance policies to uphold trust and quality of service
Sales Team Member Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Team Member, Customer Support Associate, Customer Service Representative or any customer-facing role
- A friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to think on your feet and handle customer inquiries or concerns with confidence
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a national brand
- A self-starter who’s reliable, driven, and eager to learn
