Junior Sales Representative-Leadership Track

Position Overview:
This is an entry-level role with a focus on sales, customer service, and leadership development. Junior Sales Representatives will start by learning the fundamentals of client interactions and product presentations, with the opportunity to grow into leadership roles as they gain experience and demonstrate results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent client products and services to new customers
     
  • Engage directly with customers in a retail setting
     
  • Learn and implement sales techniques and strategies
     
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
     
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet sales goals
     
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions

     

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
     
  • Previous customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required)
     
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to work with people
     
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
     
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
     
  • Must be able to commute to retail locations in the Metro-Atlanta area
