Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dependable, proactive, and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist (Project Manager). This role is essential to delivering the high-touch, personal service that defines our client experience. As the first point of contact for many clients, you will play a key part in ensuring that every interaction is smooth, professional, and impactful, both for our clients and our advisory team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track 401(k) rollovers and investment transfers with accuracy
  • Prepare and submit paperwork for client accounts, ensuring completeness and compliance
  • Assist clients during account transitions and respond to service-related needs
  • Answer account-related questions (e.g., login support, address or beneficiary changes)
  • Support internal operations by offloading administrative tasks from advisors
  • Contribute to creating a seamless and efficient client service experience across the team, keeping tasks off of our advisors workload.
