Cell Therapy Lab Intern
M-F 8:30am-5:00pm CT
This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in office operations, project management, and organizational support while working in a dynamic environment. Work closely with staff on research, program development, and creative positive impacts within the community. Apply concepts and academic knowledge to real world scenarios and challenges. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in gaining practical experience in the non‐profit sector while contributing to meaningful social change.
Position Summary:
List of duties
- The intern will be responsible for doing the following:
- Reading and writing SOPs
- Cleaning and tidying the lab
- Completing instrument maintenance
- Instrument move verification
- Executing development experiments using the Luminex, QuantStudio PCR, and BD Lyric flow cytometer
- Drafting development plans and reports
Education
Requires sixty (60) hours from an accredited college or university or Associate Degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience
No prior specific work experience required.
