
Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the packaging industry. The CSR will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and fulfillment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Process and manage customer orders accurately using internal order management systems
Provide product information, pricing, lead times, and order status updates
Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment
Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on providing effective solutions
Maintain accurate customer records and account information
Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs and business development
Monitor stock levels and communicate potential delays or inventory issues
Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1–3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/order management systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with packaging materials and industry terminology
Experience with ERP systems
Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin) is a plus
