Senior Healthcare Operations Analyst – Thomas Jefferson University (Philadelphia, PA):

Responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering analytical solutions that provide impactful insights and critical business decision support. Duties include: communicate with end users to conduct needs assessment; develop basic data marts needed to efficiently query data; work with unstructured information to validate, test, and interpret data into business insights; communicate plans for delivering solutions; use a wide variety of analytical tools including data visualization and interactive discovery tools; and document definitions and structure of business data to ensure governance.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Management or any applicable field and 3 years of related experience, or alternatively a Master’s degree in same and 1 year of related experience. Experience must include developing reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik), performing data analysis using analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel VBA), and conducting needs assessments.
