Location: Pratt, KS
The Residential Manager is directly responsible for managing residential services for Arrowhead West, Inc. adult clients. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to lead the residential program in fulfilling our mission to empower people to live meaningful and productive lives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of residential facilities and staff in accordance with Arrowhead West, Inc.’s corporate policies and procedures, licensing and CARF standards and other applicable legal requirements
- Working with support teams to assist individuals we serve to increase independence, increase community participation, and achieve healthy lifestyles
- Monitoring the quality of services provided to the clients served
- Building teamwork and communication strategies for the program
- Provides coaching, mentoring, training, guidance, and feedback to the residential team
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of each individual served
- Overseeing the safety, maintenance, and appearance of our agency and client-owned/rented homes
- Assists with recruitment, training, recognition and retention of residential staff
- Position is scheduled for on-call duty
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in the human service area or management from a four-year college/university
- Degree may be waived for a person with at least five years relevant experience in the field of human services
