Data Analyst
Job Summary: We ’re seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven analyst who thrives on turning data into clear, actionable stories. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has strong SQL skills, an automation mindset, and a passion for uncovering insights from customer experience (CX) data.
The person in this role will focus on surfacing data trends, creating dashboards and visuals, and helping operationalize data for decision-making—without the need to be a software developer.
You’ll work closely with executives and CX teams to support survey analytics, trend monitoring, and insight packaging. If you’re curious about how AI can make work more efficient and love telling stories with data this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Data Automation & Workflow Efficiency
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract insights from large customer datasets
- Develop automated scripts and repeatable processes to streamline CX survey analysis
- Create and maintain recurring data pipelines for dashboards and reporting
- Look for ways to improve speed, accuracy, and automation of recurring analytics tasks
Data Storytelling & Visualization
- Create clear, compelling visuals and dashboards in Power BI or other tools
- Assist in identifying trends, outliers, and meaningful patterns in CX data
- Translate findings into simplified, visual summaries for internal and client use
- Support preparation of executive-level data summaries (storyboarding, visuals, and charts)
Collaboration & Impact
- Collaborate with CX, marketing, and client-facing teams to answer data questions
- Prepare client-facing data presentations that go beyond reporting — delivering compelling data translations, key driver insights, and narrative-driven visuals that influence CX strategy.
- Help design internal dashboards and reporting templates that align with external client presentations, enabling consistent, insight-driven storytelling across audiences.
- Work alongside other team members to build scalable approaches to survey analysis
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Data-fluent and curious – You enjoy diving into data, spotting trends, and asking the “why” behind the numbers.
- SQL-capable – You’ve written queries, know how to join tables, and can troubleshoot your way to a clean dataset.
- Visual storyteller – You’re comfortable turning numbers into visuals using Power BI, Excel, or other tools.
- Organized and automation-minded – You don’t just do repetitive tasks; you think about how to streamline them.
- Eager to grow – You love learning new tools and applying what you learn quickly.
- Collaborative – You can translate technical data into simple, useful information for teammates in CX, marketing, and leadership.
- Client-aware – You think about how data impacts business decisions and want to help shape how insights are presented and used.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with CX data (NPS, CSAT, or member feedback)
- Experience building dashboards or templates others use
- Interest or experience in generative AI tools (like ChatGPT) to boost efficiency
- Exposure to automating repetitive workflows or data tasks
