Field Marketing Brand Ambassador - Beach Club Casino - Hampton, NH

The Field Marketing Brand Ambassador is responsible for representing the Granite State Gaming & Hospitality Beach Club Casino brand in public spaces, on Hampton Beach and the boardwalk, through guerilla marketing, creative promotions and hands-on engagement. The Field Marketing Brand Ambassador will represent the brand in official apparel – including swimwear.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

-Deliver key messaging clearly and enthusiastically to a wide variety of audiences.
-Represent the brand in a professional and personable manner at all
times.
-Hand out samples, flyers, coupons, and branded merchandise to consumers in target locations.
-Assist in executing guerrilla marketing tactics such as pop-ups, flash mobs, creative stunts, and other promotional activities.
-Ensure smooth setup and takedown of materials and equipment related to activations.
-Attend and support brand-sponsored events and activations, including assisting with registration, crowd engagement, and giveaway components.
-Ensure event materials are organized and brand presentation is consistent and polished
-Collect and report consumer feedback, interaction numbers, and distribution counts.
-Submit post-activation reports including qualitative observations, consumer insights, and digital content (e.g., photos, videos).
-Capture photo and video content during activations for social sharing and brand use.
-Encourage consumer participation in social media campaigns, including hashtag use and tagging.
-Communicate effectively with team leads and other ambassadors to ensure alignment on campaign goals and logistics.
-Participate in pre-campaign briefings and training sessions to understand messaging, protocols, and expectations.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-1+ year experience in promotional marketing, street team activation,
brand ambassadorship, or customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, events).
-Experience in guerrilla marketing, event staffing, or working at high-energy public events is highly desirable.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – confident speaking to individuals and groups.
-Outgoing, energetic, and engaging personality – able to draw in and excite passersby.
-Basic social media knowledge – familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms for content sharing or engagement tracking.
-Position involves standing and or walking for long periods of time.
-Suitability to be granted a Gaming License from the New Hampshire Lottery Commission.
-Must be 18 years of age or older.

COMPENSATION: $15/hour
