Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relations by greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor to build a sense of comfort and trust
- Present services and educate qualified customers on new products, services, and any deals or sales promotions
- The Entry Level Assistant Manager team member will analyze competition, market trends, as well as customer demands in order to increase the company’s competitive edge and further sales growth
- Simplifying the enrollment process by guiding customers step-by-step, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience tailored to their needs.
- Generate service awareness in our local communities and with customers by representing our clients with rectitude and in a positive light
Entry Level Assistant Manager Requirements:
- Experience in a sales, customer service, management or similar leadership role
- Ability to work full time hours is preferred
- Excels at managing and overcoming objections with confidence and expertise.
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and positive, with a proven history of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Skilled in setting ambitious goals and consistently surpassing them.
- Outstanding listening and verbal communication abilities.
