Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support day-to-day operations, help generate leads, manage client accounts, and ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating and executing marketing and sales campaigns

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach

Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Prepare sales reports, presentations, and promotional materials

Schedule meetings, follow up with clients, and support customer service efforts

Collaborate with team members to achieve company sales goals

Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus
