Business Development Role

About Us:
Certified Care Solutions, LLC is a trusted provider of high-quality, non-medical in-home care services. We are dedicated to helping seniors and individuals with disabilities maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their homes. Our team is growing, and we’re seeking a results-driven and compassionate Business Development Representative to help expand our reach and impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage new referral sources (e.g., hospitals, social workers, case managers, senior centers, rehab facilities).

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential partners.

Represent Certified Care Solutions at networking events, community fairs, and outreach activities.

Follow up on inbound leads and conduct outreach campaigns via phone, email, and in-person visits.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials.

Track leads and opportunities using CRM tools and report on progress regularly.

Understand our service offerings and effectively communicate value to potential clients and referral partners.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and local market dynamics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in home care, healthcare, or senior services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Passion for working with seniors and improving quality of life in the community.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for outreach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.

Existing network in healthcare or senior services is a strong plus.

Multilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission
