We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Marketing Project Manager Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare innovation, marketing strategy, and hands-on execution in a startup environment.
What You’ll Do
You will assist the Vice President, Operations and Client Success and other cross-functional leaders by providing tactical support across key areas of our brand and communications strategy, with a focus on:
Social Media Support
- Help schedule, monitor, and engage on company social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn)
- Post thought leadership content, infographics, and campaign highlights
- Track and report performance analytics to support optimization
Brand Development
- Maintain consistency of voice, visuals, and values across channels
- Assist in creating or refreshing marketing collateral (slide decks, one-pagers, bios)
- Help audit brand presence across platforms for quality control
Conference & Events Execution
- Support logistics and communications for upcoming events and speaking engagements
- Help manage marketing timelines tied to major industry conferences (e.g., ASMBS, SAGES)
- Coordinate content submission deadlines (abstracts, bios, session descriptions)
Project Management & Execution
- Maintain a marketing project tracker with deadlines and status updates
- Collaborate with vendors and internal team members to ensure deliverables stay on track
- Prepare agendas and summaries for key marketing meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with a bias toward action and follow-through
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Canva; bonus points for experience with Figma, HubSpot, or MailShake
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Curiosity about healthcare innovation and patient-centered care
