We are currently seeking an Instructional Designer based at our Pittsburgh, PA headquarters. This position will be a contract role that is benefit eligible. The anticipated duration of this assignment is 18 months. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with the implementation partner, subject matter experts (SMEs) and the Human Capital Management (HCM) project team to understand system functionalities and user requirements; design and develop comprehensive training materials; create engaging and interactive learning experiences and conduct needs assessments and analyze training requirements.

 

Qualifications needed include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
