What you’ll do:

• Bring our play-based curriculum to life in a way that fits each child’s needs.
• Create a classroom that’s safe, joyful, and full of opportunities to grow.
• Partner with families and center staff to support each child’s development.
• Help your center meet goals around engagement, enrollment, and accreditation.
• Build strong, lasting connections with kids, families, and your teammates.

What you’ll need:

• A passion for working with children (experience is a bonus!)
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift 40 lbs, play indoors/outdoors, and be on the move
• Strong communication skills—you’re someone who connects with others
