HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Intern to join our Team. This internship offers hands-on experience in product development, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration for custom conveyor belts used by farm machinery manufacturers. You will work closely with engineers, and production specialists to support research initiatives and help bridge the gap between R&D and full-scale production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of new product prototypes and formulations
- Conduct lab and pilot-scale experiments, collect data, and analyze results
- Collaborate with the production team to trial new processes and scale up R&D initiatives
- Support root-cause analysis and problem-solving on production challenges
- Document findings, write technical reports, and present results to cross-functional teams
- Maintain a safe and organized lab/workspace following all company safety procedures

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
- Student currently enrolled in a U.S. accredited degree program for at least another 12 months
- Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 or higher
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours (Mon-Fri)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with lab equipment, manufacturing environments, or process development preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis software a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
