What You’ll Do
As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in supporting HR operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will be the bridge between people and processes, working with HR Generalist to ensure systems are organized, accurate and people focused.
Key Responsibilities
• Organize and Maintain – Keep employee records, digital files, and HR documentation accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate and Support – Assist with onboarding, offboarding, training tracking, and compliance tasks.
• Research and Contribute – Support ongoing HR projects by gathering data, organizing information, and following through on next steps.
• Communicate and Create – Prepare HR forms, internal documents, and employee communications.
• Engage and Celebrate – Support culture-building through employee events, recognition efforts, and day-to-day engagement.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• People-focused mindset with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting others
• Reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on responsibilities
• Experience in an administrative or office support role; HR experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote); experience with HR software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or HR coursework is a plus
