This is a door-to-door marketing and sales internship where you’ll learn how to confidently talk to homeowners, overcome objections, and generate leads for our professional painting services—all while earning uncapped commission. It's hands-on, people-focused, and built to help you grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Walking designated neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our painting services

Booking estimate appointments (earn $50 for every estimate that’s completed!)

Practicing and refining a proven sales script that gets results

Entering basic lead info into our CRM (we’ll show you how)

Representing the Four Pillars Paint brand with confidence and professionalism
