Temporary Outreach Representative – Medical Office Engagement

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Temporary Outreach Representative to visit local doctor offices and healthcare facilities to build professional relationships and raise awareness of our services. This is a field-based role focused on face-to-face engagement, distributing informational materials, and making initial connections with office staff and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to designated doctor offices and clinics within an assigned territory.

Introduce our organization and services to medical office staff and decision-makers.

Distribute brochures, business cards, and promotional materials.

Record key contact information and notes from visits.

Follow a visit schedule and meet weekly outreach goals.

Represent the company in a friendly, professional manner at all times.

Provide daily/weekly progress reports to the supervisor or outreach coordinator.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with professionals.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Ability to walk and be on your feet for extended periods.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Previous experience in sales, outreach, or customer service a plus.

Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a bonus but not required.
