About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed BIM Specialist to join our team on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in AutoDesk applications including BIM 360 for building engineering design support. This role provides the flexibility of independent contract work while contributing to impactful and innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- 3D Modeling: Creating, modifying, and maintaining 3D models using BIM software like Revit and Navisworks.
- Model Management: Organizing and managing project data, including model files, drawings, and associated information.
- Collaboration: Working with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure project data is accurate and meets requirements.
- Clash Detection: Identifying and resolving conflicts or issues during the design phase using BIM models.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining construction documentation, including drawings and specifications.
- Visualization: Assisting with 3D renderings and animations for promotion and proposals.
- Data Management: Implementing and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
- Software Proficiency: Utilizing BIM software for various tasks, including modeling, coordination, and visualization.
- Communication: Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective project communication and information sharing.
- Problem Solving: Analyzing and addressing technical challenges related to BIM implementation and use.
