Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our testing initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience in software testing, Python coding, and voice AI technology, playing a crucial role in helping us deliver robust, high-quality products.

What You'll Do:

• Write and maintain unit tests in Python, ensuring code quality and reliability.
• Assist in manually testing voice AI agents to validate new features and functionality.
• Document manual testing procedures clearly and organize test results in Confluence and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify, reproduce, and document software bugs.
• Help refine existing testing protocols, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and clarity.
• Participate actively with the team, contributing ideas and feedback.

Ideal Candidate:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student, having completed at least their sophomore year, majoring in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or another technical discipline.
• Basic knowledge of Python; enthusiastic and capable of quickly ramping up programming skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of documenting processes clearly and effectively.
• Strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with a team.
• Passionate about technology, eager to learn, and interested in voice AI.
