Key Responsibilities of a Field Sales Agent:

• Connect in-person with local business owners and decision-makers face-to-face to understand their needs
• Represent our clients by recommending unique, customized solutions
• Build long-term relationships through trust, energy, and clear communication
• Set and crush personal and team goals while learning hands-on sales strategies
• Use company tools to manage your client pipeline and keep track of your progress
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends so you can confidently support your clients

Ideal Field Sales Agent Qualifications:

• 1+ year of B2B sales or face-to-face customer interaction preferred (not required — full training provided).
• Strong people skills — you enjoy talking to new people and building connections
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and excited to take ownership of your work
• Able to thrive both independently and as part of a high-energy team
• No sales experience? No problem! We provide full, hands-on training
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
