Role Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and hands-on Fabricator to assemble OEM-manufactured components into our proprietary industrial-scale microplastic filtration systems. You will play a key role in turning design into reality—ensuring each unit is assembled with precision, reliability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical filtration systems from fabricated and OEM parts.
  • Interpret CAD drawings and technical schematics for component integration.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to iterate and improve system designs.
    Track and manage inventory of materials, tools, and hardware.
  • Assist in prototyping, fabrication, and on-site setup as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Travel to pilot sites across the US for installation and maintenance (as needed).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with stainless steel, aluminum
  • Proficiency with CAD software and Autodesk Inventor.
  • Hands-on metal fabrication skills ideally including welding, sheet metal bending, milling, drilling, and cutting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and materials efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with engineering and R&D teams.
  • Applicant must have 3-5 years of experience in industrial fabrication.
  • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in industrial or water treatment hardware assembly.
  • Background in mechanical engineering or fabrication trades.
