We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Platform Development Intern to join our dynamic team for a unique part-time position. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with outsourced service providers to ensure smooth development of the updated website and app
Oversee project timelines and facilitate communication between stakeholders
Ensure technical requirements are met throughout the development process
Lead campus presentations on the Nil/s (Network Integration and Learning System) to company integration initiatives
Work closely with the 20-member Student Advisory Board to gather feedback and ensure user-friendly system design
Assist in integrating advertiser systems for seamless use of Cash Credits
Contribute to the groundwork for a state-of-the-art platform capable of reaching millions of students simultaneously
Requirements:
Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field)
Strong understanding of digital platform development and project management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles
Knowledge of advertising technology integration is a plus
Project Details:
The initial development phase will focus on laying the groundwork for a scalable platform designed to serve several million users simultaneously with high reliability. The intern will play a crucial role in coordinating between the Student Advisory Board and the hired vendor to ensure the system meets user needs and technical requirements.

Compensation:

Compensation Structure
This internship offers a 100% commission-based compensation plan:
New ad sale commission: $75 per $100 ad (75% commission)

Month 1: $600
Month 2: $800 ($600 new sales + $200 renewals)
Month 3: $800 ($600 new sales + $200 renewals)
