About the Opportunity:

Join Bayer Radiology’s Sterile Disposables team in Indianola, PA for a hands-on co-op experience supporting the design and development of new sterile plastic disposable products used in radiology and cardiovascular procedures. This is your chance to work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to contribute to meaningful projects that impact patient care.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in the design and development of sterile disposable medical devices
Participate in research and testing activities in an R&D lab setting
Support concept development, risk reduction testing (RRT), and verification/validation of production-intent products
Gain exposure to design history file documentation including technical assessments, test protocols, and reports
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and program management teams
Potential hands-on experience with CAD tools and test instrumentation
Who We’re Looking For:
Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, or related field preferred)
Strong interest in medical devices, product development, and testing
Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment
Previous lab or project experience (classroom or extracurricular) a plus
